We recently completed another custom-built pressure washer trailer for our valued repeat customer, Bobby O’Dell of Dragon Environmental LLC. Bobby has been a loyal customer for years, and it’s always a pleasure to work with him and his team. This latest project showcases the best of what we do at AAA Pressure Washers & Supplies—designing and building reliable, custom heavy-duty, field-ready systems tailored to our customers’ specific needs.
The Build: Dual Skid Power and Precision
This build combines two powerhouse systems—a Landa PGHW8-30924E hot water pressure washer and a 35 H.P. Vanguard-powered Jetter skid—mounted securely on a 12-foot dual-axle utility trailer rated for 7,000 GVW.
Key components include:
- Customer requested Landa PGHW8-30924E: 8.0 GPM @ 3000 PSI, commercial-grade hot water pressure washer built for continuous duty.
- Our Mach 12 Jetter Skid Assembly: 35 H.P. Vanguard engine with General TSF belt-drive pump delivering 12 GPM @ 3000 PSI, ideal for tough jetting applications.
- 325-Gallon Horizontal Tank for ample water supply in field operations.
- Stacked Hannay Industrial Reels:
- Mach 12 electric reel for 1/2” jetter hose (350 ft capacity).
- Three additional reels for 3/8” pressure hoses and fill lines.
- Piranha Green Sewer Jetting Hose: 3/8” x 400 ft rated at 4000 PSI with 10,000 PSI burst pressure.
- Custom plumbing, wiring, and reel integration—including bypass, jumper hoses, and precision fittings for maximum efficiency and durability.
- Professional wiring and testing of all systems, ensuring both skids operate independently and flawlessly in tandem.
This setup provides Dragon Environmental with both high-volume cleaning power and sewer jetting capability, making it a versatile solution for their environmental and industrial cleaning operations.
